NOSE The nose offers aromas of black fruit, spices and slight vegetal notes provided mainly by both the Cabernet.
PALATE Other varieties add texture and roundness to the mouth, in which the flavors of black fruits persist followed by excellent tension that owes to its balanced natural acidity. It has an elegant and persistent finish.
PAIRING Red meats, such as lamb, venison and goat. It also pairs well with white meats, like chicken, duck and rabbit.
