NOSE On the nose it’s smooth, very expressive and highlights the red fruit such as plum. PALATE In the mouth it is unctuous, pleasant, with very marked tannins and a long finish. PAIRING Fried sausages, charcuterie, paté, young cheese and spicy food. Also suitable to serve with vegetarian dishes with eggplant, such as melanzane alla parmigiana.
