Amaviva "Almaviva" is a red wine from Chile, produced by the same brand as the famous wine Château Mouton Rothschild. This wine uses four grape varieties as its main ingredients: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Carmenere and Petit Verdot. The production of Amaviva "Almaviva" has a rather unique characteristic, such as the grapes being harvested at relatively high temperatures, only picking them from mid-December to the third week of March. The grapes are then carefully selected and fermented in French oak barrels for up to 18 weeks. ALMAVIVA is a bright red red wine with a medium-bodied taste and a relatively complex aroma. It has aromas of various flowers, caramel, licorice and grapes, as well as hints of other ingredients. It also has a sweet and delicate taste from dark fruits such as raspberry, blackcurrant and black cherry, combined with a light fruit juice. ALMAVIVA is suitable for beef, venison, poultry and pasta.
