PALATE In the mouth it is balanced , complex with the tannic structure well blended with the alcoholic component. With a substantial body and an excellent balance between alcoholic strength, freshness and tannin.
AGEING Aged 9 to12 months in fine French and American barriques.
PAIRING Ideal with succulent first courses in red sauce, roasted meats and semi-mature cheeses.
