APPEARANCE Dark ruby, purple in colour.
NOSE Aromatically the wine is marked by intense aromas of creamy, dark berry fruit, fresh vanilla bean and chocolate with a fleeting glimpse of the exotic dried spice jar.
PALATE On the palate it opens with an unctuous mouth filling attack, whilst still showing fresh and balance without any heaviness. Primary dark fruit remains ever present and a super fine tannin frame pins in the fruit just enough to provide a focused end point for the line of travel.
AGEING Maturation in a combination of new and aged oak barrels for 18-24 months. Moorooroo Shiraz
