The Swiss cheese comes from the Thönen village cheese dairy in Wängi. The family business produces the cheese according to an in-house recipe. The cheese is stored in special cellars and lovingly cared for with the addition of shear bacteria. After about 5-6 months of maturation, it reaches its fine, slightly spicy taste.
