Galait is a red smear cheese made from fresh, silage-free mountain milk from the Mont Crosin region. Its shape reminds us of the galets. The “Galet” (in German: Rollstein) is made from milk and is therefore called “Galait”. The new specialty offers a very creamy and soft texture combined with fine milky aromas.
