The noble raw material (buffalo milk) is obtained on the Deck farm in the Schwyz valley basin. Buffalo milk is very rich and has a longer shelf life.
This Mythen Buffalo has a creamy and spicy taste. Its light, almost white dough is firm and cut has a few small perforations.
