World Champion 2012 of Jersey Milk Cheese.

The round millstone from Jersey milk is a natural mold cheese, has a hole in the middle and a gray mold rind. It has a creamy, mild aroma and is reminiscent of the taste of yogurt. His cheese dough is “pasta filata” – a slightly sticky dough. The Mühlistein has already been awarded the gold medal three times at the World Jersey Award. The Swiss Cheese Award named it the best cheese innovation in 2006.
