The excellent meltability of our Signature Raw Milk Truffel Raclette
cheese is always convincing. Its typical spicy taste combined with
seasoned with black truffleits creamy and full-bodied consistency
results in an absolutely harmonious overall package and should
therefore not be missing from any raclette meal.

From fresh cow's milk, fed on hay and grass, collected warm twice a
day directly after milking, which retains all the taste and
nutritional values of the milk.
